Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival the rooms are available starting from 2 p.m, without limits (please call us for night  ceck in).
The day of departure rooms must be free within the hours 10.a.m.

Account / deposit

Your booking is confirmed with the payment of a deposit (usually 200,00 each room).
On week end or summer period we ask only  credit card details to guarantee the arrival

The payment of the account could be done:

• through a bank  transfer on:
  Banca Popolare di Sondrio- filiale  Livigno
  IBAN: IT
  Bic / Swift: POSOIT

• through credit card
  filling in  the form asking at tel .000390342996043

we accept payment by cash  or credit card  (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Cartasi)

Cancellation policy

Any  cancellation must be done by mail or fax . The deposit could not be refound and it is a guarantee for both sides.
For cancellation 30 days before the arrival date :  we will  send  a bonus in order to use the deposit in a next holiday before end of the year.
For Any cancellation from 29 to 1 day  before the arrival we will keep all the deposit as compensation.

In case of no show the hotel could  ask  the whole amount of the booking. (as provided by International Rules of Tourism)
In case of change in departure or arrival  date we could ask for an  extra charge.
